We will review your medical history, discuss the physiology of early milk production, map out your personal feeding goals, and make sure your pump and home environment are set up for success.
Virtual (1 hour): $95
In-Home (1 hour): $140 (Travel included for Zone 1)
Comprehensive, clinical feeding support in the comfort of your living room or screen.
Designed for the early weeks postpartum, this deep-dive session focuses on establishing a functional, pain-free rhythm. Leveraging my background as a Labor & Delivery and Postpartum Registered Nurse, I will provide a full assessment of your maternal recovery, evaluate milk transfer using professional infant scales, and work hands-on with positioning and latch mechanics. Together, we will create a manageable, customized feeding plan tailored to your family's needs.
Virtual (1.5 hours): $125
In-Home (1.5 to 2 hours): $180 (Travel included for Zone 1)

As your postpartum journey evolves, new questions naturally arise. This session is designed for returning clients who need to adjust their current feeding plan, troubleshoot sudden supply shifts, manage growth spurts, introduce bottles, or map out a customized return-to-work pumping schedule.
Virtual (1 hour): $85
In-Home (1 hour): $130 (Travel included for Zone 1)
Travel Zones & Fees
Zone 1 (Included): In-person rates fully include travel for families located within Louisville, Lafayette, and Superior.
Zone 2 (+$35): For homes in an extended radius—including Boulder, Erie, Broomfield, and Westminster—a flat $35 travel fee will be added to your session.
Zone 3 (+$60): For homes in our outer boundary—including Longmont, Arvada, and North Denver—a flat $60 travel fee applies.

I practice proudly as a Clinical Lactation Specialist holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN, RN). My independent International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) credentialing results are currently pending.
